The truth about eating, is that we have to do it. The question is why has eating become so complicated. Why do we eat what you eat?  Is it culture, traditions, temptations, or table limits?  The food we eat should edify the body we feed it to.  The Bible says, "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own". (Scripture Reference)

I believe that you can enjoy food to the fullest once you know our yourself and your unique Praise Style!
